Structure design

Prototyping (1:1) is an integral part of pre-pressing works. The layout is developed either with or without images and text. During the assembly, the design features are specified. If necessary, the materials, pasting, lock design, etc. might be changed. The approved model is then used as a benchmark for future batch production of boxes. A coloured layout is generated for approval of design (images).

Manufacture terms:

• 5 days from the date of packaging layout approval and order placement for packaging manufacturing without printing and without creasing presses;
• 10 days from the date of packaging layout approval and order placement for packaging manufacturing with printing and without creasing presses;
• 14 days from the date of packaging layout approval and order placement when manufacturing a complex shape with printing.

In special cases the state-of-the-art high technology equipment allows to complete expedited requests within 24 hours if such tools as cliche and creasing press are available.
